The article gives information about Oakland based financial advisory firm Kelling Northcross & Nobriga, which has announced on Monday the hiring of Neil Pogorelsky, formerly of HDR Inc.'s Management Consulting Group. where he served major public transportation and utility agencies around the country. The latest hire brings to four the number of staff members the firm has hired this year--nearly doubling the size of its professional staff to 10. The firm serves California state government, cities, counties and special districts. Kelling, Northcross & Nobriga was founded in 1982 and serves as a financial adviser to public agencies throughout California. Since 1997, the firm has been an affiliate of Zions Bancorporatton.
