The article presents information on Arizona Health Facilities Authority's decision to offer $55 million revenue bonds in the market. It will serve as a conduit issuer for the fixed-rate revenue deal, which will benefit Blood Systems Inc. Obligated Group, commonly known as United Blood Services. Wells Fargo Brokerage Services is the sole underwriter for the transaction, and provided interim funding loans for Blood Systems to jump-start construction on some of the projects included in the bond package. Part of the proceeds from the bond sale will be used to finance construction, remodeling and equipment for eight community blood centers in Texas, South Dakota, North Dakota, Louisiana, Montana, and California.
