ABSTRACT
The article reports on the New Hampshire's plans to follow sale of $60 million of variablerate general obligation bonds with the sale of $75 million of revenue anticipation notes to fund a January 1, 2005 education payment to municipalities. It also expects to be back in the market in January with up to $20 million of GOs for ongoing capital projects along with $42.8 million of taxable GOs to fund the state's new pension plan for judges. The state expects to sell about $80 million of GOs for ongoing capital projects in fiscal 2005, which ends next June, the same amount it sold in fiscal 2004.
