The article reports that two New York school districts are expected to come in the market with qualified zone academy bonds (QZABs)--rare structure in the state's municipal bond market that offers no interest rate to investors and instead provides a federal tax credit. The Westbury Union Free School District is expected to sell about US$28 million of the so-called QZABs, while the Roosevelt Union Free School District is expected to sell about US$2 million of the tax credit bonds.
