The article reports on the market performance of treasury bills. Tender rates for the United States Department of Treasury's latest (as of November 2004) 91-day and 182-day discount bills were mixed, as the three-months incurred a 2.210% high rate, up from 2.195% and as the six-months incurred a 2.380% high rate, down from 2.395%.
