The article reports on the securities market activities of Colorado state. Colorado have decided to go to market with a competitive sale of US$295 million of tax and revenue anticipation notes, the second note offering in 2004 to fund the state's interest-free loan program for public school districts. In June 2004, the state sold US$225 million of the 13-month notes--dubbed E-Trans--to finance school loans and US$650 million of G-Trans to pay for general fund expenditures.
