This article presents information related to C.E. Unterberg Towbin, which is one of the last private partnerships on Wall Street private partnerships on Wall Street. It brought in outsider James Satloff, as chief executive officer and promoted Andrew Arno, who had been co-president, to executive chairman. Both Thomas Unterberg, founder of the organization and John Gutfreund, the senior managing director will remain as senior advisers to the firm. Originally founded more than 70 years ago, Unterberg Towbin this year expanded its coverage to include global security as well as healthcare and technology, and it opened a new office in Israel.
