ABSTRACT
The article reveals that the 10th anniversary of the Orange County bankruptcy will be marked Monday with an evening conference to discuss its impacts. There will be three panel discussions to discuss the bankruptcy and its aftermath, said John M.W. Moorlach, the Orange County treasurer-tax collector, who helped organize the event. The event will be held at the Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda. Moorlach said the focus of the evening would be on lessons learned, not casting blame. The first panel will consist of former Orange County supervisors: the second will have members of the media; and the final panel will be called "'Lessons Learned."
