ABSTRACT
This article features the LT3472 boost and inverting direct current to direct current converter for charged coupled devices bias, designed by Linear Technology Corp. for the mobile communications industry in the U.S. This product delivers 20 mA at 15 V and 50 mA at -8 V from a Lilon battery. It incorporates internal sequencing circuitry that disables the negative channel until the positive channel has reached 88 percent of its final value.
