Discusses the Dillingham Immigration Act which went into effect on June 3, 1921. Intent of the Dillingham Immigration Act; Focus of the Dillingham Immigration Act in restricting the number of foreigners admissible in any one year to three per centum of the number of foreign-born persons of such nationality resident in the United States as determined by the census of 1910; Opposition to the Dillingham Immigration Act.
