HarperCollins Reorg Aims To Sharpen Branding Tools

The company has organized several consumer trade imprints under the HarperMorrow moniker to better brand its Harper and Morrow trade books. The company is also incorporating Harper Design, HarperResource, HarperBusiness and HarperSanFrancisco into Collins, a reference brand expanding to the U.S. from Great Britain under the reorganization. A mostly unknown brand in the U.S., Collins will publish approximately 150 titles annually.
