ABSTRACT
This article presents information on recent developments from the U.S. bond market. Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority directors have approved a plan to issue at least $32 million of bonds to pay for infrastructure supporting the new Arizona Cardinals football stadium currently under construction in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale. Colorado treasurer Mike Coffman last week recommended that revenue from state land rentals should be deposited into the Permanent School Fund and should be made exempt from limits mandated by the 1992 Taxpayer's Bill of Rights.
