This essay in a special report that Cercle Condocet and the author have made over a central social "'problem" that the whole Europe is currently living, with an special focus in France. Using statistical and comparative historical data, this large document helps 10 think in a different way the current processes in which questions of race, unemployment, identities, tolerance and democracy.
