Dan River on Comeback Trail: Manufacturer Sees Light at End of Dark Tunnel

The article reports that paving the way for an exit from bankruptcy as early as January 2004 Dan River Inc. said it has lined up exit financing from a consortium of lenders, and has scheduled a confirmation hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on January 4. The January 4 court hearing is the last step required for the company to emerge from bankruptcy. Dan River filed for bankruptcy protection from its creditors on March 13.
