The article focuses on Shooter Scooter from the company VFGadgets Inc., for capturing smooth, classic-racking shots. The innovative, Toronto-based company now distributes this scooter, a low cost dolly designed by Canadian DP Peter Warren, CSC. The all-purpose vehicle is sturdy, allowing camera operators to ride on it, tow it behind a bicycle, or run it on track. The Scooter made of sturdy 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum, sets up quickly without any tools. Shock absorbing pneumatic wheels can swivel freely, or lock the rear wheels for a smooth, rotating pan.
