ABSTRACT
The article informs that the Delaware State Housing Authority is primed for what could be its largest sale ever, a $120 million revenue bond issue that will involve two bond market participants who are also contributors to Governor Ruth Ann Minner's reelection campaign. The sale comes as Saul Ewing donated $625 to the Minner campaign last July, and several of the firm's bond lawyers contributed as well, in amounts up to $1200 each, according to Followthemoney.org, a nonpartisan campaign-finance data Web site.
