ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of bowling mentors. The author of the article says that even though her husband and she had been bowling for years, they knew nothing about the sport. It's much more than walking into a bowling center with a Sponge Bob ball and pair of shoes in a plastic bag. The world of competitive bowling is more than showing up on Friday night and meeting your friends for three games of bowling. Their daughter Elise was looked after by her bowling mentor, Kim Adler. As Elise started working with Adler, her bowling skills improved very quickly.
