The article informs that the Matchett Group has joined forces with TTS Europe to create the Quantum content distribution network. Aimed at organisations prevented by bandwidth limitations from using media-rich e-learning content, Quantum has been developed to integrate with learning management systems and intranet training databases. Intended to replace CD-ROMs for remote learners, Quantum works by automatically distributing content to remote learners based around their training development plan.
