ABSTRACT
This article reports that Deutsche Bank AG gives its new entrants 20 months of training to equip them for future success. Through the wider auspices of group technology and operations (GTO) the bank's graduate scheme takes on around 90 new candidates each year. Each gets access to a learning and development team, an assignment supervisor, a senior-level mentor, an ex-trainee' buddy' and a manager with experience in a specific area of the business. Michael Molinaro, global lead of learning and development for GTO believes the success of the scheme is down to its support from the highest levels.
