This article presents a mathematical puzzle and the answer to the puzzle, published in the last week's issue of the periodical "Engineer." Construct a 10-digit number such that the first digit denotes how many zeros the number contains, the second digit denotes how many ones it contains, and so on to the 10th digit, which denotes how many nines there are in the number.
