Maryland Development Agency Returns With Hefty Refunding

The CDA, which is part of the state's Department of Housing and Community Development, issues bonds on behalf of a pool of five participating local housing authorities in Maryland. Financial advisers on the deal are Caine Mitter & Associates Inc. and Columbia Equity Financial Corp., with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP as bond counsel. Ferris Baker Watts Inc. is lead underwriter.
