Brown elevated to CableLabs CTO

The article focuses on Ralph Brown who has been promoted by CableLabs Inc. to chief technology officer. Brown will also continue to serve the Louisville, Colorado-based cable R & D house as senior vice president of broadband access. Before CableLabs, Brown served as the chief software architect for Time Warner Cable's advanced engineering department. Chairman of CableLabs Technical Advisory Committee David Fellows says that Ralph is a solid technologist and has a great institutional knowledge of the cable industry's advances in the technical arena.
