ABSTRACT
Examines the reasons for the Soviet Union's dissatisfaction towards United States. Dissatisfaction of Soviet with the amount of help she is getting from the Western democracies and with the failure of the U.S. to open a Western front in Europe; Assumption that the aid given to Russian Arms has not been substantial; Estimate of the damage caused to the Axis troops by well prepared and well planned campaigns in Tunisia and Sicily; Advantage of the Russian army due to weak German command of the air.
