Charlotte-based Summit owns more then 50 communities in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast areas of the country. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger last week appointed Jeffery Davi as the state's real estate commissioner. Conford, New Jersey based Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced the $77 million sale of Kemble Plaza I, an office property in Morris Township, New Jersey, to an entity advised by Falcon Real Estate Investment of New York City.
