ABSTRACT
The article presents a statistical report with figures indicating the financial performance of companies in the financial sector. The asset management arm of Bear Stearns will acquire the bond business of TimesSquare Capital Management which oversees % billion in assets, from Cigna. Following the lead of the Japanese Financial Services Agency, the financial regulator in South Korea is taking a hard look at potential problems in Citigroup's operotions in that country. Japan recently ordered Citigroup to shutter its Japanese operations after determining that the firm had violated bonking laws. List of companies that are included in syndicated loans as of October 2004 are Principal Life Insurance, Hampshire Funding, TCR Holding, Southwest Sports Group, AGL Capital and many others.
