Reports on the cable television industry which continued its dominance of the broadcast networks, as it won the 2004 third quarter share ratings race for the fourth season in a row. Broadcast networks that generated ratings increases; Shows which propelled Turner Network Television to the top of basic-cable's primetime class for the quarter; Decline in ratings of several broadcast networks.
