ABSTRACT
This section details the alterations to the articles of association of the Council of Management of the Institute of Management Services. According to Article 6, in case of admission during the second half of any financial year of the Institute, the first subscription shall be one half of the annual subscription. No member shall be entitled to any of the advantages of membership unless all monies due from him to the Institute shall have been paid. All subscriptions shall be payable in advance on the first of January of every year or on such other dates as shall be determined by the Council. On cessation of membership the person whose membership shall have ceased or his representative shall remain liable for all membership subscriptions then accrued due from him and shall not be entitled to any reduction therein nor to any refund of subscription paid by him in respect of a period not then completed. Article 16 stated that no business shall be transacted at any General Meeting unless a quorum is present when the meeting proceeds to business. Save as herein otherwise provided four members personally present shall be a quorum. With effect from the Annual General Meeting of 2004 Council shall consist of not less than nor more than 8 as stated in Article 33.
