Reports that the Central States VHF Society presented a $1000 donation to the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Spectrum Defense Fund and the Spectrum Defense Special Campaign (BPL) at the Central States VHF Society's conference from July 23 to 24 in Ontario, Canada.
