ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the political developments in the U.S. The best information on the Soviet Union to which the U.S. has access boils down to the fact that it's too soon to say positively, but apparently Moscow policy has changed. Moscow has looked at its procedure coolly, found it doing just what it didn't want. Invasion of Korea rearmed the U.S. Senator J. McCarthy had another fine week last week. On Monday, Foreign Aid Chief denounced McCarthy's self-proclaimed "negotiations" with Greek shippers as "undermining" his own efforts.
