ABSTRACT
The article presents information about various theatrical productions. "The Boy Friend," by Sandy Wilson. A fine exhibition, of British, deadpan comic acting, especially on the part of Julie Andrews and Eric Berry. "The Tender Trap," by Max Shulman and Robert Paul Smith. This play is another American farce that bogs down in sentimentality and moral pretension. There are dozens of good jokes in the dialogue; and sometimes, for a short while, there is even a thread to join the pearls together. The focuses on wholesomeness in girls, the duties of bachelors, the problerns of the unmarried woman.
