ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the resurfacing of Nazi forces in West Germany. The German problem has once again become a specter dominating Europe far more than many Americans seem to realize. For most Western Europeans agree with "London Times," that the West Germans have both come to the very brink of decisions of fateful import for Europe and the world and are at the same time going somewhere fast without knowing where. One of the disquieting elements about the direction in which the West Germans are moving is the reappearance of a press which screams the first and not the third verse of journal "Deutschland Uber Alles," which nakedly proclaims the Hitlerite word of command and arrogantly beats the big drum of the old militarists.
