ABSTRACT
This article presents information on the book "The Art of Children," by author Richard Ott. This book gathered by the teacher, Richard Ott, and introduced by author Herbert Read. This art bespeaks a fundamental, principle in the, teaching of children that their imagination and their capacity for origination must never be stunted. The marvelous, which the child's imagination can reach ,when it is really liberated, is, graphically proved in each of the color reproductions of children's art. Every parent should read and enjoy this portfolio; should reflect upon it; should take a vow that his children shall have, similar opportunities to paint or to draw; should resolve to honor the pictures his child makes.
