ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the introduction of new Lifestor Dunnage Racks with Microgard antimicrobial protection, that provide versatile storage for foodservice operations. These racks provide the ultimate in corrosion-and rust-free storage, enhancing the sanitary conditions of the workplace. Their super-strong construction utilizes stainless steel legs and stainless steel cross-bracing on all four sides. NSF-listed shelf sections in solid or louvered designs are removable and dishwasher-safe. The louvered polymer shelving style allows for air circulation.
