ABSTRACT
The article reports that tax-free money market funds eclipsed last week's record high by taking in a net inflow of $380 million during the week ended Monday, boosting their total assets to $309.07. However, taxable funds' favorable showing still leaves them trailing the year-to-date net inflows into tax-free funds. So far in 2004, taxable funds have lost $107.81 billion in assets, while tax-free funds have grown by $14.5 billion.
