Dorner slashes lead time

This article reports that Dorner Manufacturing Corp. of Hartland, Wisconsin, says it has slashed lead time rates on four of its major conveyor platforms through cellular manufacturing practices, production-floor reconfigurations, and adhering to the five, set-inplace, sweep, schedule, and sustain. The company is developing a mindset of making these activities a part of our daily work.
