ABSTRACT
Not content with labelling it The Nude Issue and stuffing it to the gills with defrocked models, the editorial team of the periodical Loaded went one further and treated readers to a shot of the porn star Jenna Jameson munching on an errant p###s. The offending image was part of a DVD ad for the hardcore sex film vendor blissbox.com and was the size of a postage stamp. Nevertheless, that didn't stop the company WH Smith recalling almost 5,000 copies. IPC had to amend every edition — presumably by blacking out the offending gigglestick. Apparently, the cock-up happened when the ad arrived at IPC barely moments before the periodical's print deadline. Clearly unnerved by this, Loaded's ad department forgot to apply the large red star.
