ABSTRACT
The article presents simple yoga-inspired relaxation techniques that will help child who accept these natural emotions, as he learns to calm and center himself. This will channel child's energy. Parents should first invite their child to lie down and ask him to close his eyes and to feel his body resting on the floor. After a out 30 seconds, encourage him to slowly start wiggling his fingers and toes. The other exercise is to encourage the child to squat, with his knees out to the side and his bottom lowered to the floor.
