ABSTRACT
The article reports that Bonnie Siegel, former managing director and head of the healthcare group at B.C. Ziegler and Co., last month left the firm along with two other hankers and all three have joined Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc. Siegel is now managing director and manager of the health care group and reports to Richard Marvin, managing director and director of public finance. Vice presidents Leslie Chin and Brandon Kelly. former bankers at B.C Ziegler, also came aboard. Legg Mason late last month also hired Hamilton Chaug in Chicago to form and build the firm's structured products group. Chang most recently worked at Bane of America Securities, but in the past had worked with Siegel at Ziegler.
