ABSTRACT
Bloomfield Hills-based United-Auto Group Inc. said August 9, 2004 that it has completed the acquisition of five auto dealerships in the San Francisco Bay area from Ted Stevens Automotive Network. UnitedAuto purchased three Honda and two Acura dealerships, and it expects that the dealerships will produce about $300 million in revenue annually.
