ABSTRACT
Reports that a Michigan Supreme Court decision rejecting Wayne County's use of eminent domain to condemn land for private development has cleared the way for the country to proceed with financing plans for the high technology park located near an airport. Wayne County's focus on the planning of its Pinnacle Aeropark project; Michigan Supreme Court's revision of its 1981 decision allowing the county to condemn property to clear the way for General Motors to build its Poletown automotive plant.
