ABSTRACT
The article informs that the VoiceCon VOIP Implementation Tour promises an information-packed, daylong agenda, featuring the following sessions such as tutorial and mini-debate on "How Much IP is Enough?" The program will feature presentations by leading industry analysts including Allan Sulkin of TEQConsult, Gary Audin of Delphi Inc. and Mike Weller and David Stein of PlanNet Consulting. All are veteran presenters from past VoiceCon conferences or the "Business Communications Review," (BCR) seminars, and frequent contributors to BCR magazine. In addition, there will be presentations from tour sponsors Avaya, Cisco, Extreme Networks, Lucent, Mitel, ShoreTel and Siemens. For the User Forums, panels of enterprise end users based in the tour cities will engage in a roundtable discussion of their experiences implementing VOIP. The users will describe what worked, what didn't, where they saw payoffs and what fell short of their expectations. The VoiceCon VOIP Implementation Tour will be held in August and September in the different cities..
