ABSTRACT
There's a new breed of customer out there, and retailers would be wise to learn its behavior patterns. At his keynote presentation at the CSNews Future Forum, retail consultant and author Paco Underhill addressed an audience of c-store retailers and suppliers hungry to learn just what those patterns are. Underhill is the founder and managing director of New York-based Envirosell, as well as the author of the best-selling "Why We Buy: The Science of Shopping" and the recently published "The Call of the Mall."
