ABSTRACT
The article presents several developments related to the publishing industry. Publishing house Harcourt Trade Publishers has appointed Jennifer Haller as vice president of sales in the children's division. Hailer will be responsible for directing sales and distribution strategies for the house. Sourcebooks Inc. has added Rodney Wachowiak as its national accounts manager for the mass-market division. The company also added Anne Landa as national accounts manager for the gift and specialty division. Ronald Sukenick, a novelist based in New York City died at the age of 72.
