ABSTRACT
The article presents information about books that have been in news recently. New Moon Publishing Inc., a publisher of a magazine for girls, has created an online book club to encourage young girls to read. Famous actor John Travolta is interested in writing an autobiography, and his literary agent, Susan Crawford, will begin talking with different New York City based publishers about getting the book in print in August 2004. The surviving heirs of late novelist John Steinbeck are suing the estate of his third wife, Elaine Steinbeck, to try to obtain royalties and copyright control of Steinbeck's books.
