Details the processes that led to the success of the library projects in Ghana, West Africa particularly the Osu Children's Library Fund founded by Canadian Kathy Knowles. Philosophy of the community libraries formed from just a small reading circle under a tree in 1991; Countries which have inquired on how to set up a children's library in Ghana; Information on the booklet "How to Set Up Community Libraries for Children" prepared by Knowles in response to the requests.
