ABSTRACT
Reports on the action taken by the 934th Civil Engineers Squadron at Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, has taken forty eight of its Airmen and deploy them to participate in New horizons 2004 as part of joint Command Task force Orengo. Main focus of the exercise; Plan to make numerous improvements to the base camp. Provision of assistance to projects in local villages.
