Alto-Shaam Inc., a Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based food service equipment manufacturer, introduces a new self-service, two-shelf hot food case to keep food warm in even a small convenience store environment. The new ED2 two-shelf case is offered in both countertop and floor-standing models, and features sliding glass doors at the back for easy loading of new entrees. Each shelf is heated from the base, ensuring that foods on display stay heated and ready to eat. The case includes overhead lighting for the best product visibility, as well as mirror-glass side panels to further enhance the product display.
