ABSTRACT
Reports that the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority will sell to the Ohio Department of Transportation Infrastructure Bank of taxable development revenue bonds using a financing arrangement that could be employed in other transportation projects. Use of the proceeds of the sale to purchase acres of land along Interstate Highway between Cincinnati and Dayton; Expansion of the ability of the ports to use bond financing for economic development; Development of a Dayton Regional Bond Fund that uses the proceeds from bond sales to make loans for development projects.
