ABSTRACT
Reports that a judge's decision to set a trial for November 16, 2004 will allow financial advisory firm Stauder, Barch and Associates Inc. to prove its assertion that Kari McDonald-Blanchett, a former employee, used confidential and proprietary information that belonged to the firm in her post at Public Financial Management in the United States. Stauder's presentation of evidence alleging that McDonald-Blanchett took confidential mathematics formulas for bond transactions.
