New flat bed faxes from Sagem Communication are laser multifunction devices with printer, scanner and copier functions--aimed at professional users. The Laser Pro 351, Laser Pro 356 and Laser Pro 358 have easy to use fax, printer, scanner and copier functions. They automatically manage all two-sided documents from colour scanning to duplex copies as well as direct connection to an asynchronous digital subscriber line router through the local area network (LAN) allowing colour scans to e-mail. Features appear in various permutations across the three models. They include 33.6 kilobits per second or Super G3 JBIG modems, 250 to 500 page memories, 18 pages per minute laser printing and digital copying, duplex printing, colour duplex scanner (to email if needed), short messaging function, directory card allowing the user to hot-desk, 50 page Adapter Description File, 500 number address book and LAN networking.
